FASCIALATES is about learning how to move with integrity and stability sourcing the body integration system, the fascial system, to restore heathy tissue texture, hydration, glide and resilience. FASCIALATES works against stiffness while balancing strength.

FASCIA is like a fluid net and acts as a biomechanical regulatory system.  FASCIALATES speaks to the connective tissue that permeates our body, connecting every part of our body from superficial to deep expanding our focus beyond the muscles and bones.

The organizing principle of movement is tensegrity; the concept that the pull of tension is distributed throughout all structures surrounding the spine and beyond. Connective tissue / fascia connects and supports.  This rich in collagen and hyalauronic acid network connects and supports every fiber of our body and is responsible for the glide in our movements.

Stiff connective tissue = loss of flexibility = loss of stability!
